Gaff Charter was born as a faithful replica of the legendary Tyrell & Young 29 Smack, elegantly reinterpreting the silhouette of the historic 1920 Smack Secret. Its unmistakable full keel, deep forefoot, and majestic rig evoke the golden age of British sailing.
With a length of 9 meters, a beam of 2.70 meters and a draft of approximately 1.40 meters, its sleek silhouette and full keel give it a distinguished presence. Every line of its hull has been designed to preserve the character and nobility of the original design, offering an authentic, refined, and deeply exclusive experience. At the helm of Gaff Charter is Gonzalo Cornet, a sailor with more than 27 years of experience at sea and a deep devotion to classic sailing.
Seven years ago, he decided to cross from England to sail this historic gem to the Mediterranean, in a voyage that was much more than a transfer—it was the beginning of a new chapter under the southern sun.
Today, under his command, every outing is a distinguished experience. Wherever she sails, the boat draws admiration, glances, and photographs. Because Gonzalo doesn’t just skipper an exceptional sailboat; he preserves a legacy and shares it with those who appreciate the true art of sailing.

A fantastic private boat tour!
Everything was taken care of down to the last detail: from excellent snacks and drinks to comfortable cushions and music.
The snorkeling equipment and paddle board made the whole experience even more fun.
It was a very relaxed and intimate atmosphere, just the four of us on board with incredible views all around. The atmosphere was super friendly, and for what’s included, the price is very affordable.
